Why should I feed my dog gluten-free treats?
Many treats in the market contain wheat, barley, and rye, which are all gluten products and may cause dogs to have allergic reactions. Symptoms of these allergies include itchy skin, rashes, dandruff, and/or vomiting. This is because gluten is a sticky substance that can block the effective absorption of essential nutrients (including proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals) in the dog’s small intestine. Verebon’s Gluten-Free Treats are made from ingredients that are gluten-free and wheat/corn/soy-free to ensure your dog stays healthy and happy.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We are dedicated to baking high-quality products, and begin with carefully monitoring what we put in our treats and where we source our ingredients. You would never find animal by-products, chemicals, or artificial preservatives in our treats. All of our ingredients are from FDA approved U.S. suppliers, and our treats are made in the U.S.
How do I keep my Verebon® treats fresh?
Once opened, our canine cookies are best within a 12-month period. To retain freshness and prolong shelf life, you may try removing all of the air inside the bag, tightly sealing it and putting it in the refrigerator.
How many calories are in a Verebon® treat?
The following calorie counts are approximate values and can vary slightly with the size of the treat:
• Apples &Cheddar Cheese - 17 calories
• Chicken &Sweet Potato – 17 calories
• Turkey with Alfalfa - 18 calories
• Veggie Crunch - 18 calories
Do I have to sign up for a PayPal account to order?
No, you can pay for your order using either PayPal or entering a credit card on the payment screen. Both are secure ways of completing your order, so feel free to choose the one that best suits you!
What's the return policy on products ordered from www.verebon.com?
At Verebon, we stand behind our products 100% and aim for our customers and their pets to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with a product, please contact us with your order number handy and we’ll work with you to schedule a return or exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization number, and your account will be credited once we receive the item in the mail. Please allow 3-5 business days from receipt of the merchandise for your return to be processed.
Incorrect/Damaged Items
If you receive your shipment and it is not what you ordered, or if the items are damaged or spoiled, we will send you a replacement at our expense.
Unopened Items
You may return any unopened items within 30 days of the purchase for a refund for the cost of the product, in the form of your original payment. Please note that there is a $5 restocking fee per order and shipping costs are not included when calculating the exchange.
